Hi, can it fix if you turn off the Power Optimization?
Actually, I fixed it after I disable the Power Optimization.

@Hank21 hi,
An update for this case, today I upgraded my controller to the latest version, 5.11.10 - 1.25.2 Build 20230704 Rel.64541. But the issue is still there. But I found 1 interesting thing. Even the result appeared fail, but I checked the channels of the EAPs, seems it already changed. So it seems that this function is still working but it cannot be display the result? Can you help continue to investigate for this case?
Thanks
GIang

Wild guess here, I would assume it's either not supported at this moment or ever in the newer controller. I looked through the change logs and didn't see it in there.
OR you have an option in the WIFI AI section that is NOT support on that AP and it bombs out.
I know if i enable the 6ghz in the WiFi AI settings on my 670, it bombs out until I disable it. Make sure any unnecessary options are disabled.
