I'm trying to get TV-streaming to work over ER605.
In order to troubleshoot I'm using ssmping between two sessions on a machine on the LAN side.

ER605 with fixed WAN IP.

Listening session: ssmpingd -4

If sending with session: ssmping -4 <WAN IP>

I get:

ssmping joined (S,G) = (<WAN IP>,232.43.211.234)
pinging S from <LAN IP>
recv failed: Connection refused
errno=111

If sending with session: ssmping -4 <LAN IP>

ssmping joined (S,G) = (<LAN IP>,232.43.211.234)
pinging S from <LAN IP>
  unicast from <LAN IP>, seq=1 dist=0 time=0.083 ms
multicast from <LAN IP>, seq=1 dist=0 time=0.103 ms

IGMP Proxy is enabled with V3 on WAN. No VLANs.

Am I misunderstanding how this should work?

If not, how can I configure ER605 to allow this?
