Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

ISP has provided one /30 WAN pool and /29 LAN pool. /30 has configured in WAN interface and with default ISP gateway. /29 WAN pool configured as VLAN  in ER605 with first IP vlan IP. Internet is working in WAN side. How to configure the same for  VLAN pool so that IP from LAN pool provided by ISP can be assigned for multiple devices or firewalls

I believe the answer is 1:1 NAT, but it depends on how you have made your connection to the ISP (ie is it statically configured, or is it via PPPoE).  Is the /29 routable via the same physical port as the /30 or does it need a VLAN tag to work?  Perhaps you can share the config information provided by your ISP (minus the actual IPs of course).
