Dear Sir, 


We have a small branch office in remote where 5-10 workstation pc will be used. We need a IPSec VPN Connection with GRE Tunnel. We need OSPF feature also. The data transfer rate will be 5 to 20 mbps. So please advice us which TP-Link Router will be suitable for us with minimum cost.

The ER7206 is probably the most mature offering (safest).  It supports OSPF in standalone mode with latest firmware:
