Whatsapp & Viber Calls not working when connected to WiFi
I'm having problems with connecting to Viber and Whatsapp calling, messages are working but whenever we call it is not going through. I have seen similar problems with Whatsapp but it does not say EAPs. Please see image above for your reference of model and firmware versions. Firewall is disabled so it's eliminated.

Whatsapp and Viber calls are reportedly working from users but there are still some users that complained about "connecting" status on their Whatsapp. Does the channel and tx configuration matter as well?

You can check the channel utilization, and change different channels and channel widths to test the performance.
Change the Tx power to adjust the signal transmission distance of EAPs.
