Difference TL-R605 and ER605

Thanks for posting questions here. I see in this post you have two questions.
First, they are the same products. The naming thing was a legacy of old formatting.
Second, the page was not updated after the name format was changed. Omada was later on introduced as a new product family. It is actually the same as the ER605. That page was a legacy page.

I can upgrade. That id not the issue.

There was a name change on the ER605 a few years ago, so that's probably why it's like this, tp-link hasn't cleaned it up properly.
But both are the same so you can use ER605 software even if it says something else on the router.
