In Windows 11 + lastest OpenVPN Client version:

It seems OpenVPN + OpenSSL version included in ER605 v2 is being outdated.

Currently, AES-256-GCM is not supported yet.

You can subscribe to the firmware release thread which is pinned on the related page. Or pay attention to our official website where most releases will show up there.

 

As a reminder, any request will be evaluated by our developer team before it is officially added to the roadmap. That may take some time before you see a release with this feature.

ER605 v2 is running an outdated kernel + outdated OpenVPN/OpenSSL version (the main Chipset is a MT7621 from 2018).

In general terms hardware/software is outdated (is not bad device, but for 60/70 € you can't ask more).

I am also needing this to be upgraded.  I am running the ER7206, and I have to use an outdated version of OpenVPN GUI to connect.  Please fix this.  It's a business class router.
