Thanks for posting in our business forum.
This problem typically appears when your connection is bad or the PoE is unstable.
Have you checked your Ethernet cable length for power? Recommend you try a 3ft(1-meter) cable for a test. If there is no disconnection or reset in a day, then it's the cable. Not the hardware failure on the device.
