Hi all. Does anyone know where I can find a log of the time that an OC200 has been connected to the internet? Or when it may have been disconnected?
I'm trying to find out when our ISPs service is failing.

If you look in the OC200 under LOGS, NOTIFICATIONS, DEVICE there is an option for WAN UP and WAN DOWN.. this would likely require you to have an omada router, but may be worth enabling.
Have a VPN connected 24 / 7 and see if it logs anything dropping for you. If WAN is down then likely the VPN will drop too..
Last option, in the mobile app.. log in as cloud and it can be set to alert you to the controller / going offline (use this myself)
