Model: EAP245
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2

I am attempting to reset the WiFi password to my tp-link, but the default access website is no longer functioning. Is there a new website I can use to reset the password? Model number EAP245, version 1.2. Thank you.

Hi @gmondun00,

Please use your phone connect or laptop to connect to the EAP’s Wi-Fi. If you can not find the WiFi or can not remember the password, you may reset the EAP and set it up again.

How to reset: please press the reset button on the EAP for 4 seconds and make sure the LED light changes, EAP's WiFi name will back to the default one tplink_5G and without a password.

Now you may set a new password for EAP's default WiFi, for more details about settings please refer to this post.
