SO i currently have Wireguard running on my ER8411 and have other sites connected to it, I am currently using WRT1900AC routers to make that connection but I have been looking to setup those sites with ER605s but i have been running into 2 issues.

1. I currently use a dynamic DNS Service since my IP is not Static, and on my current WRT1900s i can use a URL for an endpoint but the Omada routers will only allow a IP Address. is there a way around this or does anyone have a solution to this?

2. I am currently using Policy based routing on my WRT1900s to force some clients over the VPN and others over WAN, I was digging through the controller software to see if I could find anything that would allow this but I haven't been able to find any function that would do the same, so I was thinking about setting up a new VLAN and configuring it to run over the VPN if possible. any ideas on configuration for this?

Hi @nlibby

Thanks for your valuable feedback and post here.

FQDN was planned to be available soon but was delayed due to some reasons of the dev team. It's gonna be implemented in the future.

You can subscribe to the firmware release thread which is pinned on the related page. Or pay attention to our official website where most releases will show up very soon.

As a reminder, any request will be evaluated by our developer team before it is officially added to the roadmap. That may take some time before you see a release with this feature.

Also thanks for pointing out the mistake in the article. I have corrected the article and made notes in that.
