  @Patrik_C540V

you probably should set up the storage where your recordings are saved. it means that it can support storage on your local network server with SMB protocol or other.

i think you should use the vigi security manager, you can use your hard drive to save the files. or connect to a mapped drive. 6.1.2 user guide.

i think you don't understand. there are formats of shared servers. it connects to the server and saves the files to the servers. you should map the server location via the vigi security manager.

do you really understand what I am saying? it supports the different servers. see my point? the user guide have explained that.

  @Patrik_C540V

jesus christ. these are protocols that the camera supports. there is no such thing like synology. are you looking for something like that?

storage places with these protocols.

answer me this, when you set up NFS and SMB, do you literally access the source code level stuff? or simply enable it? what do you expect to do? i never see a thing on the product that you can CONFIGURE NAS protocols on this device

I have also Hikvision camera at home and please see how NAS (NFS/SMB/CIFS) seting looks like. The camera can record video to NAS storage, so if the datasheet mentioned NAS (NFS/SMB/CIFS) I would expect the same funcion.
