Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: V4.1.5

Hi,

I am facing problem logging on OC300 through local network and by different types of browsers

I can ping on it ok

All Omada hardware still functioning good

The problem that Omada controller every time loading up to 50% and disconnect showing ( "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" )

even cloud access was working well but showing offline now

Any solution for this issue away from reset the controller?

Thanks for reporting this issue to our community.

Have you tried to log into the web interface through the incognito windows? It is suggested to clear the history and cache for testing.

Please confirm whether the firewall and anti-virus software on the PC which have blocked the accession to the OC300. You may try to log into OC300's web interface on different PCs for testing.

You may try using the recovery mode to upgrade the OC300 to the latest firmware and test it again.
