Firmware Version: TL-SG108Ev4.0_en_1.0.0_[20211021-rel.58928]_up.bin

Upgrade errored out at about 30%

Now switch appears to be forwarding traffic but the manage interface is not responding

The TP-Lnk Easy Smart Configurator is unable to find 

 

This happened on a firmware upgrade a few years back but I forgot how or where I found the info the get this working again

Clear the cache and relaunch your browser. Log in to your switch again. Upload the firmware again and try again.
