Some us were looking forward on seeing this feature to be added in future updates for better DNS service management like

 

DNS-over-HTTPS and 

DNS-over-TLS/QUIC

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

ER605 V1 is EOL. New features you see on other models may not be added to it anymore. So, I cannot guarantee this feature to be available in the future. Probably impossible for good. The ER605 V1 still enjoys the security patches in the future.

I suggest you upgrade to the dedicated Omada routers like ER605 V2, 7206 or 707-M2.
