Model: TL-R480T+
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I bought a TL-R480T+ to use as the first router then its distributes the internet to my another TP Link archer C60 wifi router and to my pc and to my smart tv.
So when i use the internet it works normal it shows no sign of error or disconnection to any of the devices. But after a random interval it just automatic shutsdown my internet on all lan devices but my isp is working fine while it does that. I have checked logs there is nothing noticeable though if you want i can send.

Technical Information -

My ISP provides Static IP which is behind the NAT
This my configuartion

If you need any more details i will send

Hi, you mean the Internet will be randomly dropped while using right? Every LAN device including your PC, TV and all devices connected to Archer will be disconnected? What is it like when disconnected, can the devices successfully ping gateway? You can try to just use TL-R480T+ or Archer only and see if this is still happening.

Yes in configuration showed in the daigram when the internet fails the archer c60 shows a red light on the internet led and also pc detects that to after a while,

Yes i can ping the gateway of the router, and also i can open the admin panel of tp link load balancer also to see the logs but there is nothing

What about DNS or something else? You mean you can ping the gateway when the device is dropped right? What about ping 8.8.8.8?

You should try to contact your ISP. If you can ping the router successfully from the LAN, then it means the local access is okay. Failed to ping 8.8.8.8, then it is an Internet issue.
