ACL

ID Name Policy Service Type Direction Source Destination Source Network Destination Network Effective Time Operation
  1 SMTP Block SMTP LAN->WAN !SERVERS IPGROUP_ANY --- --- Any

Only port 25 is blocked.

Hi @sdgf

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

The VPN tunnel is working properly but

pings (from System Tools -> Diagnostics -> Ping) do not reach devices on the other side of the VPN tunnel.

"Block Ping from WAN" is unchecked in firewall.

Because Ping requires the interface, the interface does not contain the VPN routings, so you don't have it successfully ping.

Try from a PC and it'd work.

I don't fully understand, but I believe.

Interestingly, there was no such problem on Cisco RV042 routers.
