Is there any ETA on PPSK implementation in the newest EAP225 EU?

I understand the official answer is "soon™" but I would still like to ask if there is some possibility for newer beta firmware with PPSK and/or higher feature set than controller 5.5?
lack of "lock to AP" feature is the one most concerning.
