I am initially setting up my EAP and had some problems configuring it. I have now moved further but the device now states UNACTIVATED. Do I need to buy a new license even if I haven't used the original one assigned to it?

@HerBal_JAM If you post a screenshot of the page that is showing the device is not activated, it will be a tremendous start in getting feedback on your issue.
