This Router is less then a year old I am having some very serious  issues with it . I  also have the tether app both of which are failing. The system log suddenly loss all reports and information from May 26 2023 to Nov 4 2023 that was two days ago. I went to check on the log again and it is completely blank. The teher app on Oct 28 showed zero devices attached even though my whole household was. The number of devices were wrong. This repeated itself on Nov 4 and 5  zero devices I need some help here I also am not sure if the router is even at the right version

Hi, thank you very much for posting on TP-Link Community.

Your current firmware version on the router is the latest one, so no issue with that.

 

Regarding the system log issue, did anyone clear the log before? please note that a reboot will also clear all previous logs.

You mentioned that the logs from May 26 2023 to Nov 4 2023 are lost, do you mean the logs before May 26 still exists?

Please share with us some screenshots.
