EAP 610 outdoor no longer broadcasting SSIDs after 20230922 update

After updating to the latest firmware my 610 outdoor no longer broadcasts my ssid at all. There are no relevant errors in the system log.

@treas I just upgraded last night and instantly regret it... but my problem is that my 2.4GHz IoT devices can't connect to EAP610-Outdoor... I had to disable 2.4GHz on that AP forcing my devices to connect to the EAP613 in the basement.

Could you please follow this troubleshooting post to do some tests first?
If the issue persists even after trying the suggestions mentioned above, please share all steps you have already tried with us here.
And you may also try downgrading the firmware back to the previous firmware to see if this issue can be fixed. Please tell us what the previous version is.
