Had to get a new router, now im not able to connect my WiFi extender to my new router. When I go to connect to my extender through WiFi it's only allowing me to do through my old router, I've also reset my extender and still no joy

Make sure the new router itself is working fine, factory reset the extender and set it up again to connect it to new router.

If it doesn't work, please let us know if both your router and extender are TP-Link products, what are their model no., hardware version and LED status.
