Is it possible to record my top and average download/upload bandwidth utilization? This would help me choose an internet speed plan that suits my home better. Or a way to get raw data in any format so I can check the top and average would work as well.

If I go to "Monthly reports" in the app, the only report I get is "Connected devices" which shows how many devices connected per day which is a pretty useless report to help with my goal.
