All pages under Transmission blank

Just trying to configure port forwarding. All the pages under 'Transmission' are blank.

@Clive_A I feel a little bad, and dumb. I broke my own rule. I rebooted the oc200 and everything is back now. Thanks for your help, clearing the cache is also a very reasonable action when network addresses have changed.
