Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 2.0.11 Build 20230602 Rel.76586

Good day.

I have a TL-SQ3428 v2.0 which is on firmware version 2.0.11 Build 20230602.

In Omada (OC200) the switch is showing the red dot for "New Firmware Available". It was not showing new firmware available last week.

I have been unable to find any general release or beta firmware which is newer that 2.0.11.

Tried rebooting the hardware and reloading the browser, no change.

Any input would be welcome re: where to get the update, what might be confusing the switch, or "just ignore it".

Upgraded Java from 1.8.0_333-b02 to 1.8.0_391-b13 (both 64bit).

Upgrade arrow showed up and the update ran successfully.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Is your controller up-to-date? I think the new controller displays the firmware version and if there is a new firmware, it shows the upgrade arrow.

Yours does not seem to be the new controller UI. This model does not show any new firmware on the official website.

Upgrade to the new controller firmware and check if it still shows this?

Thanks for your response.

I believe the OC200 controller is current on firmware. See snip below:

The OC200 was rebooted earlier today and the dot is still showing.

Understood on the arrow versus the dot. When I hover on the dot is just displays "New Firmware Available". It does not show a version. The upgrade arrow is not showing on the right-hand side of the web UI as it normally does.
