tplink DDNS is not working
hi,
is TP-Link DDNS server down? i have been unable to reach it since 26 Dec 2023.

Hi, I just test on my end and TP-Link DDNS works fine, could you please try again?
If it still doesn't work, please provide more details about the issue, share with us the screenshots of your settings and also confirm if your internet works fine.

i've identified the problem. Seems that the IP address for my ISP changed. but the tp-link DDNS server did not refresh and point to the updated IP.
there is no setting in my router to trigger an update to the DDNS link. Could you pls advise how to go about resolving this?
for the moment, i have setup an account with "noip". their DDNS allows me to update the target IP address whenever it changes. rare. but it does happen.

Thanks for the update, did you try restarting the router when the TP-Link DDNS not updating the public IP address?
