How to upgrade OC 200 controller version to 5.13?
How to upgrade the controller software. I'm not asking about the firmware.

Is it not successfully upgrading itself? Mine took the 5.13 load via the Controller UI just fine.
I strongly recommend you make a backup before starting though! At least you can do a manual factory reset and reload that way.

I have the latest firmware already. But i tried and re-installed it manually. it didn't upgrade the controller version. still stuck at 5.12.9

If the upgrade won't take from the unzpped .bin file, then try downgrading to 5.9 first and then go direct to 5.13. Again, take a backup at each step just in case.
