My Omada hardware cannot be powered by POE. What could be the problem?

  @Ronokip Have you tried a different Ethernet cable?

 

What kind of switch are you using? Is the switch with the capability of PoE at the bare minimum?

 

According to the spec sheet, OC200 uses

 

Power Supply 802.3af/at PoE or Micro USB(DC 5V/1A)

We assume you are connecting your POE source to the leftmost port labeled Eth1?

 

We also assume you are able to power other POE devices with the cable end your are trying to use for the OC200?

 

Assuming your cable is good and in the correct port, the only remaining options are the pie source being the wrong voltage, a poe injector is reversed, or the oc200 is actually defective or damaged.
