Hello,

 

I've connected Dahua VTO2211G camera to VIGI NVR1008H using ONVIF. Unfortunetly audio from camera is not available. I've tied to use rtsp and I have the same problem (no audio). In VLC I do not have any problems and vidoa and audio streams are avaialble. Could you advivce me what is wrong? Why audio is not avialble form non TP-Link cameras?

Second quation, why via web interface it is not possible to add camera/stream via rtsp, only ONVIF is avialble? I do not have always posibility to add configuration directly in NVR.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

ONVIF Profile S is what we use. There might be an issue with the Dahua IPC and not compatible with our NVR. What is the audio format of the Dahua?

 

How to View VIGI Camera on PC Through RTSP Stream

On the web, it only supports ONVIF.

Hi Clive_A Thank you for answer. According to technical sheet my Dahua is using following adio formats: G.711Mu; G.711u; PCM It is using ONVIF but there is nothing about Profile S. Best regards!

Additional information. I've check on www.onvif.org and this Dahua device is compatible with ONVIF Profile S.
