Model: TL-SG3452X
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.20.1 Build 20231115

Hi,

I have couple SFP+ modules Ubiquiti UACC-CM-RJ45-MG because they are the cheapest 10G/100M modules. (why you only have 30M model?)

They are not working with TL-SG3452X.

They works with TL-SX3008F with firmware upgrade.

Can you update firmware for TL-SG3452X to get it working or give me manual setting to implement with CLI?

This switch is the best price/performance product on the market and sometimes clients wants 10G uplinks with cat6a cables on distances far than 30M

After the analysis, we determined the UBNT module is not compatible with ours. We recommend you use the SFP modules from us.

The controllers on the two different models are different which fits my initial guess.

Hi @it-r

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

1. We don't guarantee a model would be compatible with the third-party SFP module.

2. Different models might use a different controller for the SFP.

3. What is the firmware version you are referring to on both models?

Update:

About your firmware, you might visit the our global site /en/

Will consult this with the dev team.

BTW, we have SFP+ modules. Go to the global site(/en/) and view the accessories.
