This router is not bound to the current TP-Link ID. Enter the router's login password to bind for management.

Please help me with this.

You probably have to login with your local administrator password and then bind the TP-Link ID to the device to start using it - details.

If the this is a new device its administrative password is on the bottom sticker of the device - if it's not specified there try "admin".
