Model: ER8411
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.20

I have an ER8411 and an OC300 and I export the IP Mac Binding csv file, but when importing the same file I get an error. Routers and controllers have the latest firmware.

Hi @mbedv

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Did you finish your sentence? What error?

You just exported the file and you have the existing entry listed, and you are importing it again, and there is a problem with the system?

Have you considered that a duplicate entry is detected and the system denied your import?

Yes, that's right, but why aren't duplicate entries simply overwritten? I have added several entries and then there is an error because entries already exist? That doesn't make any sense to me.

Why overwrites it? It's .csv and there is no point in the controller overwriting it for you. What you have there will be listed as what you see.

  @Clive_A

So again, I export the CSV file and save it and now I add entries in Excel and want to import the extended file and this is answered with an error because supposedly according to your statement there are already existing entries?
