Model: ER7206 (TL-ER7206)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 Build 20230322 Rel.70951

I am trying to upgrade my router in OC200 to the latest firmware (1.4.1 Build 20240117 Rel.57421) but keep getting this message:

Upgrade Results

Failed (1)

28-87-BA-8E-B2-DB upgrade failed: Failed to download the upgrade file from the cloud,please check your network configuration.

Anyone know what i am doing wrong?

I have not tried upgrading manually, just want to know if there is a simple solution.

Any advice appreciated

I have no trouble upgrading firmware of my EAPs or switch, only the router is the problem

kind regards

  @Paulie1001

might want to take a look at your firmware and note the latest firmware requires certain version of firmware before you upgrade to the latest one so check this.

Hello @Paulie1001,

Please refer to the Solution post first and check the Java version.

If it doesn't help, you may try to upgrade the firmware manually and try it in standalone mode.
