DHCP assignment taking too long, Windows computer not Identify network
I having issues were there is long time to identify network and DHCP assigments. Clients don't release or get new IP settings when disconnect/reconnect, regardless of moving between network or VLANs. previously it was very quick to identify and assign addresses.
Running Omada Controller with ER707-M2 Router and TL-SG3428XPP-M2 switch
Router is assigned the first address in all subnets i.e. 192.168.0.1 for default LAN
Switch is assigned the third address in all subnets i.e. 192.168.0.3; 192.168.11.3 and so on.
LAN default Gateway is the switch address 192.168.0.3 (allows the switch to do routing for LAN network) and the switch has a static assigned address and gateway.
Static IP 192.168.0.3; Subnet 255.255.255.0; Gateway 192.168.0.1
One LAN network interface with DHCP server on router(Using assigned static DHCP reservations for all know/fixed devices)
have VLANs with DHCP server on switch (VLAN11, VLAN22, VLAN33, VLAN44)
VLAN## Setup
Static Address 192.168.##.3/255.255.255.0
DHCP Server 192.168.##.0/24
DNS 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1
Gateway 192.168.##.3 (Switch Static Address)
Have created static route on Gateway to Switch for VLANS
Destination Subnets -192.168.11.0/24 ;192.168.22.0/24; 192.168.33.0/24; 192.168.44.0/24
Next ho - 192.168.0.3 (Switch static address)
Any help with problem, settings or firewall would be appreciated.
