Hello,

I'm looking to purchase the AX1800 EAP610 V1 Access Point for use with my TL-SG1008P PoE Network Switch.

I can see the TL-SG1008P PoE output is 64W total (30W each port), and the EAP610 uses 12.8W for PoE (10.8W for DC).

I can also see the power supply provided with the EAP610 has an output of 12V / 1A DC, however I cannot locate the voltage output of the PoE ports in the TL-SG1008P.

Is anyone able to confirm the EAP610 is suitable for use with the TL-SG1008P with no additional PoE Injector?

Many thanks,

David

Confirmed.  You can read the approx voltage from the PSU feeding the SG1008.  Also, the 13W figure is a max...they will typically idle in the 3-5W range.
