OC200v1 unaccessible after upgrade to V5.13.30 Pre-release. How to flash it with previous version?

Is it possible to flash OC200v1 without using the web interface?
My controller's IP address is assigned with it's macaddr but I can't access it anyway. It doesn't respond to pings. I already tried to scan other local networks searching for some alternative or fallback IP but I can't find it.
What can I do to restore the controller? Is there a way to flash the firmware using the USB port? tftp?
Is there a way to access the console log of the hardware? I don't want to open the case and search for serial ports.
Anyway, I don't have a working omada controller and a new EAP will be delivered later today.
Any help with hints, suggestions and tips on "unbrick" my OC200 are welcome. (quotes on unbrick because I hope it's not in that severe condition.)
