I have ppoe connection when i try to set this connection in new wifi device it show wan ip address 0.0.0.0

note that i have use this user id and password in other wifi befor but now not use this id at any other wifi only this wifi only 

what we have to do is this problem with wifi or service provider?if wifi problems than how to solve it ? Please guide this

What is the model no., hardware and firmware version of your TP-Link router? and who is your ISP?

 

When you configure PPPoE, except for username and password, please also confirm if your internet requires any Internet VLAN ID to connect internet access.

If your old WiFi router is still available, you could also connect back to your old router and double check all the internet settings for comparison.

If indeed there is no VLAN ID, please disconnect the router, connect a computer to your ISP modem directly and configure PPPoE on the computer to see if it works:
