Hello,

 

I just bought 3 tp-link  RE190 AC750 repeaters and placed them around the home, all is fine except I cannot access some of the devices directly on my local network unless I am connected to the same repeater. Is there anyway to fix this?

 

 

And if I look on my router I can no longer see the devices, ie security cameras, tvs etc I just see RE190 and all show as offline but they are all give me internet access.

How can I get back into the RE190 AC750 configuration web page after it is setup so I can see which devices are connected through that particular repeater?

What's you main router make and model ?

If you set a static IP addresses on the three extenders you'll alway know them and login their web management.

Thanks for the info,

I configured the repeaters as you said with fixed IPs and now I can access them individually to see what devices are connected to them and also I can access any device on the local network.
My router is Huawei EchoLife EG8145V5, It still shows the repeaters as offline but it does work.

I noticed that the repeaters are connected to each other as the second and third repeaters are too far away to connect directly to the router.

All repeaters are using the same ssid which I suppose is ok although when I configured them the default option was to use _EXT for the ssid.

Two notes on what you've described:

1. Regarding daisy chaining REs you can refer to this guide - Q3.6.

2. REs SSID could be the same or different. When using a different SSID for every RE you can tell at any time to which RE you're connected.
