Hi there,

 

my setup:

 

1x ER605 (TL-R605) v2

3x EAP615-Wall(EU) v1.0

1x SG2210P v5.20

 

All updated to latest firmware version through Omada.

 

IPv6 disabled.

IPv4 192.168.0.1/255.255.255.0

 

All APs connected through CAT7 cable over PoE on SG2210P PoE switch on 1Ghz connectivity (newly built house)

 

When watching reels, or videos, specifically on Apple iPhone 14 ProMax videos stutter, get stuck and continue playback only after 1-2 minutes.

 

Any ideas?

 

All cable bound services (Netflix, Amazon, etc) run without a glitch.

 

Any idea what my cause this?

 

Background: approx. 10 Wifi Sonos (Ikea) speakers

Area: Germany

 

Would be very happy to get some feedback/ideas on how to have this fixed. More details on network topology can be provided.

Hi @Frank68 

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

This might be a problem with WIFI instead of the wired or router and switch. Do you have any laptops? Run a video stream or watch anything on it and check if you have any problems with that.

EAP-Wall series is not very optimal for penetrating the wall as they have partially inserted and installed in the wall.
