Hi, I enabled remote control but from any browser it responds with: [Referer check failed]

Note: I get to the router via static public IP.

How is it solved? Thanks

Hi @wedlock

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Try your browser in incognito mode and let me know if your problem is resolved or not.

If not, please provide further details.

Your WAN is a static IP, a public IP address, correct? Can you show the format?

Are you accessing from a different network instead of from LAN? Which is a NAT-loopback situation. This is what we want to rule out.

Do you use DDNS?

Please give a network diagram as well.

Please mosaic your sensitive information. Here is a list of information considered sensitive:

1. Public IP address on your WAN if your WAN is.

2. Real MAC address of your device.

3. Your personal information including address, domain name, and credentials.

For troubleshooting purposes, when a WAN IP is needed, please leave some values visible for identification.
