Oc300 not readable and can not scan
Hello
I need to re ad oc300 becaus ihave changed mine modem the only thing after checking the code and numbers are gone so can not read the code or scan it with phone.
What is the alternative.

You shouldn't need to do anything like what it sounds like you are trying to do with the OC300. When you change modems (ie faster one or new ISP), all you need do is change the Wired Internet->WAN settings on your router via the controller's interface...nothing else should change, or need changing.
If your OC300 is off in La-La land, then a reset to factory and a restore of a recent backup file is probably what you are after.

Ok, what gear do you have other than the OC300? Do you have an Omada gateway ie ER-XXX? You need to figure out who is assign IP addresses to devices at your vacation home, and then figure out from that device what IP is assigned to the OC300 (most routers have a 'clients' type page where IP/MAC pairs are listed). Once you identify the IP of the OC300, you can login again at https://the.oc300.ip.address:8043
