Forget the username and password
I forget my password and username. There is not even ¨ Forget my Password Button¨ for creating new username and password. I connect the device but forget my username and password and cannot change it.

If you forgot your username/password you have to reset the device to its factory settings by pressing the reset button for about 10 seconds.
The default username/password is printed on the device bottom sticker. Then you should reconfigure from scratch.
