According to this configuration guide: How to Configure Load Balance on Omada Controller | TP-Link (https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2093/)

For example, if I have 2 Access Points each have associated clients reached the Max Associated Client in Load Balance feature, can a new client connect to any of these 2 access points?

Hi @Nexiantor

Generally if you have set up the Maximum Associated Clients, there will not be more client connect to the relevant EAP. But wireless connection is complex, we cannot tell whether some of the client devices will disconnect from the SSID when there are many obstacles due to client condition etc.
