I'd like to request a feature to insert a short note/comment to Pre-Authentication Access List, this will be very useful especially for IP Range type. 

For instance, I'd like to allow the access to WhatsApp and Telegram for unauthenticated users. Both companies have published their IP address ranges at their site. But when they update their IP ranges, we can't track which IP ranges need to be updated.
