ER605 V1 Address reservation error after 1.3.1 firmware update

Hello guys,
Problem 1 - After updating our ER605 V1 Router to firmware 1.3.1 we cannot add new address reservation anymore, it shows the error: "The IP address is not in the same subnet as the IP address of LAN port." We assured that the IP address is in the same subnet of other IP added before.
Problem 2 - The export function in the Address Reservation generate an .csv empty file only with headers.
Follows the problems reference in a zip file.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.
1. I cannot comment on this as I don't know your LAN settings and your DHCP reservation. Please examine if they are properly set.
2. As the description.
Don't know if you actually read what's explained.
And the screenshot explicitly states that this is not exporting the current MAC table but the the template.

Would not make any difference to repeat yourself.
