Customer Support need to get better.

1) Length of time on hold

2) Amazon App does not provide invoices only PC browser login to Amazon order does it provide invoice print out or pdf files for RMA process. In a day that everyone using apps in cellular phones or tables using apps for Amazon.

3) email support drags on for a week or longer because if more information is needed then another day is added on and before you know it it's been a week and still no results.

4) if you register a product you need to make the process clearer and if error occurs you should be able to make edits on your products you have entered.

5) I found it funny as one of my SN wasn't in TP-Link system where if ask for picture of SN which mean I have to remove device to get a picture of SN.

 

Ive never had so much problems with customer support before with a company before as I have with TP-Link.

TP-Link has different RMA policy in different regions. Most of them were made by local companies. If you have trouble on RMA procedure, please feel free to contact local support team.
