Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

I have 4 x  EAP 615 APs and 2 x EAP670s in my home LAN, all working well until I tried to add a Router ER605 onto the app, encountered lots of issues to do with the subnet , I had to change to my home 192.168.1.1  from the router default 192 168.0.1 to allow the app to adopt the router, after which the app wouldn't re adapt any of the access points or the router. All devices now read Failed to adapt saying Managed By Others and that the passwords are incorrect, I know thats not true,, It renders the whole set up as now useless, I have read a few threads where its happened to others, has anyone got a solution please, any advice appreciated

Regards

Hi,  @arrgghh

If you haven't return the ER605, you can refer to this link to add the ER605 into your network:

How to add an Omada Gateway to the network?

Once added successfully, it will be much more convenient since you can manage all the devices on one interface.

@arrgghh decided to reset all the APs, bit of a faff but looks like the easiest soloution, will forget about the ER605 I was given and replace with a Draytec, happy to look after my router with a GUI, Im used to the the Draytec layout and features, only swapped out as out as it started to hang, apparently they dont provide updates for that model 2862 anymore, so need another model
