Can you launch the V5.13 Controller now? If you can launch it, the Java environment is fine.  Please use the two articles below to troubleshoot this issue.If it still does not work, please let me know the Windows version number.

Furthermore, please follow the suggestions that I provided above to troubleshoot this issue.

Do you have any third-party antivirus software installed that prevents the controller from being opened?When you double-click on it, nothing happens; I suspect that something is blocking it, so if you have installed third-party antiviral protection, please check for any records that could pose a concern.

You can also try installing another program on the computer, such as our Omada Discover Utility, to see if you get the same results.

Click More info when the small smart Windows screen appears and prevents you from installing.
Additionally, you may try getting a backup of your settings, fully uninstall the program, and then download it from our official website directly.
In addition, you may try downloading our easy smart utility to your computer and I assume that you are unable to run this program since the Omada Discovery Utility runs a.jar file while the easy smart utility runs.exe file.

We have not heard from anyone stating that the latest version of software cannot be installed on Windows 11, therefore it is my assumption that the problem is with your computer's settings rather than the software itself.

Please confirm which installation file you are unable to open as well. A screen shot would be preferable.
