How to config two LANs (192.168.0.x and 192.168.10.x) so that I can use Remote Desktop Connection and SQL Server Management Studio?

I have two LANs (192.168.0.x and 192.168.10.x). Two PCs (192.168.0.100 and 192.168.10.100) needs to use windows' Remote Desktop Connection to remote each other. They both have SQL Server 2008 R2 and needs to link server to each other.
