Many thanks.  I currently use a provider that supplies a point to point/multipoint microwave connection.  However, later this year I should have access to NBN Fibre to the Home (Property). NBN has specific requirements but I don't have the technical knowledge to assess.

TP-Link provides a list of combatible devices but I suspect the list is not up to date.

My Netgear R9000 router is aging so I m looking to commence an upgrade using a combination of TP Link router and switch (preferable a combined router and switch) coupled with TP-Link Deco X50.

My preference is to implement a staged upgrade over the next few months starting with the router.  Any further guidance you can provide would be appreciated.

If you don't have demanding network parameters, the ER7212PC can be a choice. 7212PC may have some performance limits if you intend to develop your network further into a large network.

And if you want to keep up to date and have the latest features of the Omada, you can consider the setup of the router + controller + switch. 3-in-1 may have some limits on the further development of your network.

NBN should work with most routers. They don't usually have a problem with the wired connections.

Hi @Sheps

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

For the router, most should be compatible with most ISP modems. There are very few chances that they don't work together.

I think I may need more information about what is your Internet Connection Type and how do you dial for the Internet now to judge if they can work together.

A generic answer to this would be yes by now.
